A group of Mahou Shoujo initially consisting of Mikuni Oriko and Kure Kirika, and later joined by Miroko Mikuru, Hinata Aina, and even later, Chitose Yuma. One of the early enemies of the MSY's founders, the Southern Group's activities were characterized by hunting down both demons and magical girls alike, and tormenting Tomoe Mami and Sakura Kyouko. The group collapsed after Chitose Yuma betrayed and destroyed them through the use of super-saturated grief cubes that spawned an overwhelming horde of demons.
