Okamura Yuu is a Magical Girl who contracted in 2065. She was a victim of domestic abuse by both her parents. In the wake of her becoming a magical girl she left her family without notice, which lead her mother to inform the police. Inspector Kugimiya Ito began his investigation while Yuu was safely in a safe house maintained by the MSY. In the wake of the investigation Ito was introduced to the MSY on the condition of Yuu's welfare.
