General Alexander is a member of the General Staff commanding the military of humanity.
He can be tardy at times, but like every other member of the General Staff is both distinguished and meritocratically decorated. In his position he often sides with Tomoe Mami and is quite aware of the perception of Magical Girls in the army.
He has a slight feud with General de Chatillon, often coming to clash with their strategic decisions. He promoted a withdrawal in the Euphratic Incursion to shorten the front and fortify the front.
