"The Ordo Illustrata Magii were a fringe religious group situated on Optatum," Public Order continued. Typical cult stuff, but he was able to gather a surprising number of bereaved followers to join him on his quest to found his own independent colony, where, as he put it, 'our new society can leave behind the blasphemous practice of using magical girls for combat.'"
Having been presumed dead by wider Governance after a Cephalopod attack upon their colonization vessel, they would eventually be discovered by a Stealth Surveillance Probe OBv4r1n3 as she investigated a mysterious signal from the planet X-25.
