Trusted Non-Contractee

A Trusted Non-Contractee (TNC) is someone involved with (and trusted by) magical girls who isn't one themself. Prior to the end of the Masquerade, TNCs would have included those entrusted to work on MSY projects that dealt with magic and family members of magical girls.
