Meiqing is a Magical Girl and in the same training cohort as Ryouko and Asami, becoming friends with both.
Personality
Costume and Abilities
Meiqing's abilities are tied to earth and ground, forming and changing shapes, walls and other such earth bending applications. Interestingly enough there is a gravity tie-in for her power's definition of "ground".

Effectively she can control the outer surface–within certain limitations–of any body surpassing a surface gravity of 2 cm/s<super>2</super>.
