General de Chatillon is the commander of the Nile Sector.
De Chatillon is described as a hard-looking commander. He lashes out at General Alexander for suggesting a retreat and appears to favor offensive approaches. The General is unmarried, but Mami notices that he watches Fleet Admiral Karishma Anand in a way that "would have tempted her to speculate"1.
He seems to be an enemy of General Alexander, but also an ally of Mami.
