Système Magique Cordial

Système Magique Cordial refers to two historical magical girl organizations: a league of magical girl nobility in Europe[1] which fell apart in the early 20th century, and the most successful MSY competitor, which finally agreed to unification (after being assured major concessions) in 2210 following a nearly quarter-century of cold war.
