I went ahead and added a licensing page. CC-BY-SA was indeed used, but I also included a maximally permissive license for Hieronym to reuse stuff posted here (just in case someone makes an error and includes a new idea that he then ends up using). Yeah, the kanji was misleading. It was something akin to a quick test...which I promptly forgot to delete, so thanks for catching that.
