Squid technology that allows for apparent teleportation. Used in Blink Drives to let their ships teleport into and around Human space, and used in Blink Cannons for the Blink Bombardment Cannon which teleports weaponry directly into enemy fleets.
The technology uses contained space-time fragments, such as those from the pulsar mines.
