Shizuki Hitomi can be considered the ancestor to the Shizuki Matriarchy founded by her daughter Shizuki Sayaka, though Hitomi herself never contracted.
In the previous loop she was best friends with Kaname Madoka and Miki Sayaka. Although a contemporary of Akemi Homura neither formed much of a connection with the other.
She married Kamijou Kyousuke with whom she had a daughter, Sayaka, probably named after her childhood friend gone missing.

Many of the influences typical of the Shizuki line derive from her, like the aristocratic cheek bones.
