Eirin the Elusive was a criminal Magical Girl hunted by the Soul Guard.
She killed one of Tomoe Mami's protégées by crushing her soul gem.
Implied by her name she may have been responsible for a number of soul crimes to a degree on an unnamed colony the MSY was forced to use its influence in Governance to force a full military intervention.
Her fate remains unknown.
