Azrael Maslanka

Azrael is a minor character introduced in chapter 37. She is a magical girl originally from a rogue colony on a planet known as Terra Roja. Her personality is generally quite shy and awkward. Notably, she has undergone genetic modification and has spines on her back which support a pair of wings, allowing her to fly. She contracted at the age of 14 after Governance discovered the colony she grew up on. Her primary power is telepathy.
