The Theological Council is the governing body of the Cult of Hope. The Council holds regular holographic and in-person in the Cult Headquarters in Mitakihara City. There are at least 12 members, of which the following are known:
The Council appears to decide matters of theological importance to the Cult, as well as interpret significant visions.
